If a genuine issue occurs with your purchased service and we cannot resolve it, we will refund you within 48 hours of confirming that the issue cannot be resolved.
How to request help
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference, service name and a short description of the issue. We will check the problem and try to resolve it. Keep passwords, verification codes and eSIM QR codes private.
Digital delivery
Before payment, we confirm how your service will be delivered and the expected delivery time. Contact support if your order has not arrived as agreed.
