Data for the way you travel
Ask about mobile internet for navigation, messaging apps, bookings and browsing. These are data-only eSIM enquiries: a local phone number, traditional calls and SMS are not included unless separately confirmed.
Check your phone before ordering
Your phone must support eSIM and be network-unlocked. The exact model, region variant and carrier restrictions matter. Send your full model name; check the manufacturer’s device specifications before payment.
Know what your quote includes
We will confirm the destination and supported networks, data allowance, validity, activation start, hotspot rules and any speed or fair-use limits. Do not assume an advertised country or device is supported until we confirm your plan.
Installation and activation
Follow the installation instructions supplied with your confirmed plan, using a reliable internet connection. Keep your QR code private, and do not delete an installed eSIM unless support advises it: reinstall rules vary by provider.
